Attendance reporting is required and extremely important. To protect your students, we require attendance submission. A Colorado school board can request attendance information from a private school. It is imperative that current up-to-date attendance is submitted to us to protect your students from the possibility of truancy charges and further DSS inquiries and charges.

My Victory Academy is committed to personalized academic excellence for our students. Because many of our Home and Independent Educators use varied educational methods, philosophies, and curricula that empower students to excel, we require academic reporting at the end of each school year.

For further assistance in meeting Colorado requirements while also designing an individualized education, we have optional education forms that can be done before your school year begins.
